As the course progresses, there are three levels of evaluation:
The first is auto-corrected practice exercises as you progress through the exercise unit. At the end of each unit there is a self-check, which evaluates how well you have progressed.
After each block of three units, you complete a progress test. For the ELL King’s Course, this progress test is overseen by your tutor with written and recorded personal feedback.
The final assessment stage of each module confirms that the level of English achieved is in line with the CEFR and a Certificate is created to confirm this achievement.
The course modules align to recognised exams such as TOEIC, TOEFL and IELTS, allowing learners to not only increase their proficiency in English but also to feel confident in taking a formal exam providing they have fully and properly studied.
